Clearo is a digital Mac app. After checkout we email the download to the address you used at checkout. This is not a preorder.

30-day money-back

The 30-day window starts the day we email your download. Try the organizer and the cleaner. If files are not easier to find, or the space you care about is still gone, email hello@tryclearo.com within those 30 days. We refund the amount you paid for that order. No restocking fee.

How to ask

Write from the email you used at checkout. Include the order number if you have it. We refund to the original payment method when the processor allows it.

ClaudeFluence is a digital product. Access is delivered after payment. Nothing is shipped.

If it does not save you time, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Use the email on the order. After a refund, access may be removed.

After 7 days, sales are final except where Australian Consumer Law says otherwise. If you are a consumer in Australia, this policy does not limit those rights.
